FLOW & ALIGN - YOGA
is a mindful, slow-paced practice inspired by Vinyasa, designed to help you move with intention and precision. This class emphasizes proper alignment, guiding you step by step through each posture to build a strong foundation. We begin with deep stretches to open the body before gradually transitioning into fluid sequences that enhance flexibility, balance, and strength. The session concludes with gentle breathwork, leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and fully connected to your practice. Perfect for all levels, this class is a space to move mindfully and find your flow at your own pace.

BOLLYX - THE BOLLYWOOD WORKOUT
is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India. We embody the infectious energy, expression and movement of Bollywood and aim to expand the reach of fitness to more people worldwide.

STRENGTH
builds strength, confidence, and endurance in a full-body workout designed to challenge and empower you. Using light to moderate weights and high repetitions, this class targets all major muscle groups while keeping the energy high and the movement purposeful. Expect a mix of strength training, core work, and motivating music that keeps you going from start to finish. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to level up, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more energized, and accomplished.
